This is a tiny 6" birthday cake. Made for a friend to surprise his wife.
This cake is a white cake with yummy fresh strawberry whipped cream filling!
Iced with buttercream and covered with marshmellow fondant.
If you are wanting the fondant look, and a better taste than fondant,
marsmellow fondant is the way to go!
My fairy is made with regular fondant. Doll hair and a few little gems were the only non-edible parts! She is an edible fairy!
She was fun to do....but my husband commented that there was as much mess as there usually is while making a three tier wedding cake! He is right!

I love the green citrus cake and the pink princess 16 cake. May I ask where you found those pictures? I'm always looking for great websites to inspire me. It looks like we have similar tastes in what cakes should look like. Thanks!
